Greg Thompson is an American typeface designer. In the late 1980’s he converted a series of existing typefaces to PostScript for forward-looking corporate clients. In 1989 Greg began designing original typefaces for the new retail font market. He formed a decades-long association with The Font Bureau of Boston, and in 2016 launched his own foundry.

Greg’s typefaces are part of the visual landscape in: branding, retail product packaging, especially food and cosmetics, restaurants, entertainment, including gaming, music and movie retail packaging and titles, book and magazine covers, and rental housing complexes.
