Greg Thomspon Type
Since the late 1980s, Greg Thompson has developed popular typefaces that are now integral to our modern design landscape and branding vocabulary for large, forward-thinking companies and agencies alike. Thompson’s work as an American type designer spans from converting a series of existing fonts to PostScript to forming a decades-long relationship with The Font Bureau in Boston, and launching his own foundry on Type Network.
With a sense of historical reference combined with contemporary visual concerns, the font families from Greg Thompson Type are not bound to any single era. Each is a chameleon capable of enhancing limitless designer’s ideas, from movie posters to food packaging, book publishing, and beyond.
